Required Experience	Due to a change of management policy and a staff re-structure we are now seeking to employ 1 more enthusiastic, skilled herdsperson to join a professional and dedicated team to run this modern dairy unit on a daily basis. The team (of 3) will be responsible for milking the herd twice a day, scraping yards, cleaning cubicles and bedding up. You will see to the general health of the herd, including foot-trimming and lameness prevention, fertility and veterinary visits, bulling checks and AI, and dry cow and calving cow care. All the feeding is done by other farm staff.
Days per week	6
Annual days holiday	27 + bank holidays
Salary	£26,000 - £30,000 pa
Accommodation	3 bed semi-det house,(free from rent and council tax)
